Roasted Parsnip & Orchard Apple Soup

A velvety blend of roasted parsnips and fresh orchard apples finished with a Parmesan crisp.

 

Duck & Pork Terrine

A braised fusion of Duck legs and belly pork crowned with a port and cranberry jelly, married with a spiced apple pie.

 

Prawn & Crab Thermidor Tartlet

Cold water prawns and white crab meat mixed through a Thermidor sauce in a shortcrust pastry case, served on a crisp fennel & rocket salad finished with a drizzle of balsamic.

 

Wild Forest Mushroom Ravioli

Sautéed wild mushrooms and herbs encased in a homemade Italian inspired pasta, dressed with a truffle infused butter and Parmesan shavings.
